Decree on Belaruskali corporization signed

Alyaksandr Lukashenka singed decree #331, under which Belaruskali will be reorganized into a open joint stock company.

Interfax learnt this from the press service of the Belarusian ruler.

In accordance with the decree, oil trunk pipelines Gomeltransneft Druzhba and Navapolatsk-based republican unitary oil transportation enterprise Druzhba must be converted into joint stock companies.

European countries begin to replace Belarus in supplying dairy products, first of all powdered milk, to Russia, executive director of Russian Dairy Union Vladimir Labinov said on July 22.

"Belarus has been the major supplier of powdered milk to Russia for the last few years. This year, European counties demonstrate a continuous growth of their share in powdered milk import. Even if Belarus increased production volumes, it would fail to satisfy Russia's current demands," RIA Novosti news agency

According to the data of the National statistics committee, in May 2010 Belarus imported 79.8 thousand tons of oil from non-CIS countries at the cost of $656 per ton, AFN informs.

Belarus considers a question of buying S-400 missile systems from Russia.
