In the settlement of Baraulyany instructions related to the visit of Alyaksandr Lukashenka to the Centre of Child Oncology and Hematology appeared on front doors.
A copy of the notification has been received by charter97.org from our visitors. Citizens of Baraulyany are prohibited to open windows for ventilation and to go out to balconies. Such "measures for public order protection during visits of highest state officials" are taken recently all the time and everywhere Alyaksandr Lukashenka goes.
