Belarus again refused Kyrgyzstan in extradition of Bakiyev


Belarusian authorities answered with a refusal for the repeated request of prosecutor's office of Kyrgyzstan about the extradition of the overthrown president of this country.

The repeated request on extradition of Bakiyev was directed to public prosecutor's office of Belarus on June, 27, Baitemir Ibrayev, Prosecutor-General of Kyrgyzstan told today, CA-NEWS reports.

"We considered that after the referendum and inauguration of Roza Isakovna Otunbayeva, i.e. after legitimization of power, we will receive another answer, but we received the same answer for the second time. Now we are going to direct the same request one more time or to look for other ways", - Ibrayev said.

Earlier public prosecutor's office of Belarus refused to Kirghiz colleagues in satisfaction of their request on extradition of Bakiyev, explaining the refuse by not full correspondence of documents.
