We would like to appeal to you, our readers, who were with us at the most complicated periods of our site activities.
Today, all those people who worked developming Charter'97 web-site are under arrest. We can not rebuild our activities and have it at a full-scale very quickly. We need time for it. But it would happen -- we would start to update site within few weeks when all technical problems would be solved.
Natalia Radina is under arrest in KGB's jail. Authorities prepare a criminal case against her. Technical staff of the web-site have received 15 days of arrest and they kept in different jails in Belarus. Editorial office is ruined. Equipment is taken by representatives of special forces. In such the circumstances it's vitally important to restore activities of the site at a full-scale and make it quickly. Nevertheless it would happen and the site would work again.
You were with us all these years, believing in us and supporting us during very complicated moments. We do hope that you understand the situation that team of the site faces now and will stay with us till the end.
