As said by organisers of "Discothèque of the 90ies", musicians ''played the peacock".
-- It's my life! - loudspeakers of a car driving along the streets of the capital were lumbering for a few days. The sound advertising and nostalgia for the reckless 1990ies worked: last evening "Minsk Arena" was cram-full. Middle-aged ladies relaxed listening to Coco Jambo song and other hits of the end of the last century, "Komsomolskaya pravda in Belarus" writes.
A few hours before the concert jouranlists gathered for a press-conference, which main stars were to become Dr. Alban and Mr. President. Despite of the fact that the meeting was appointed in the huge "Minsk Arena" venue, journalists were to talk to the stars in a little changing room with a toilet. This fact was unlikely to influence the furter events, however after half an hour or after an hour the famous visitors didn't appear in the changing room.
According to reassuarances of the concert organisers, a full-fledged press-conference thwarted because Dr. Alban "started acting like a star" and refused to meet with journalists on the appointed time. The team of the artists explained that te reason could be visiting important person's delicate souls. Beside the delayed flight, right in the airport the artists had to recieve Belarusian visas. Musicians were sure that as they had spent a large sum (a visa for British and American citizens costs about $400 (!)), and their passports would be immediately stamped there. But they were mistaken. The celebrities had a stiff job to fill in all the necessary papers.
