An armoured personnel carrier caught fire as the column of military vehicles was moving down Surganov Street in Minsk on Thursday. As Interfax reports, the incident took place near Riga supermarket at 6:35 p.m. May 6.
The ACP was noticed at Bangalore Square at 9 in the evening. Some witnesses say it was a MT-LBu, a multi-purpose fully-amphibious armoured carrier, developed in the 1960s in the Soviet Union.
