It has been decided by the Belarusian ruler: if we do not increase the penion age, we decrease size of penions. Senior scitizens are put on the verge of survival.
The Belarusian leader has done so many loud and scandalous statements during his address to the "parliament" and the nation on April 20, that one of them, as important, has been left unnoticed.
Thus, answering the question of a deputy of the "chamber of representatives" Anatoly Hlaz about a possibility of introducing a special pension system for top officials who had been working "conscientiously" in their positions for 10 and more years, Lukashenka stated that he is ready to consider proposals concerning pension benefits for business executives.
"I cannot say immediately, that such ways would be found by us," he said. "If the leader wants, at this stage he could be offered to accumulate savings for the future, a stash, insurance money in addition to the state pension, having an agreement with an insurance organisation".
The ruler expressed readiness to consider relevant offers, especially as variants of the pension system reform are considered now.
"We are examining the pension system from different sides now. We are considering increase of the pension age and so on. But today people are not ready and do not want to increase the pension age. If they do not want to increase it, then the pension is to be a bit less in this connection," Lukashenka noted.
Thus, in the near future the pensions of the Belarusians which are even without that are beggarly, could be cut, which would place the senior citizens on the verge of extinction.
